Booking Policy
Deposits, cancellations, rescheduling, and arrival expectations.
Deposits
A deposit of $10 is required to secure your appointment. Deposits are collected through GlossGenius at the time of booking.
Cancellation notice
When cancelling appointments, it must be within the 24 hour period prior to appointment.
Late arrivals
A 15-minute grace period is allowed for late arrivals. After 15 minutes, your appointment is canceled, and will need to be rescheduled.
No-shows
No-shows will be banned from booking future appointments.
