How Nailed By Jewelss collects, uses and protects the information you share when booking appointments or ordering press-ons.
Information we collect
When you book an appointment or place an order we collect the details you enter into the form: your first and last name, phone number, email address, and (optionally) your Instagram handle and inspiration notes.
We also record your appointment information — the service selected, date and time, any add-ons or guests, deposit and balance amounts, and, for house calls, the address you provide.
If you agree to receive text messages, we record that consent along with the date and time it was given and the exact wording you agreed to.
How we use your information
To schedule, confirm, change or cancel your appointment, and to prepare for your service.
To contact you about your appointment or order by email, phone or text message.
To process deposits and payments, and to fulfill press-on orders.
SMS / text messaging
Text messages are sent only for appointment-related and order-related purposes: confirmations, reminders, booking updates, cancellations, rescheduling and similar service communication. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.
We only send text messages to clients who have checked the SMS consent box. Consent is not a condition of booking or purchasing any service, and declining will not affect your appointment.
Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your appointments.
How to opt out of text messages
Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe from text messages at any time.
Reply HELP to any message to request assistance.
You can also email NAILED.BY.JEWELSS@GMAIL.COM and ask to be removed from text messaging.
How your information is protected
Access to booking and order records is limited to the studio owner through a password-protected admin account.
Card details are never entered on or stored by this website — payments are handled directly by our payment processor.
Service providers
We share only the information needed with the providers that run this site's booking, payment, messaging and hosting functions. Each provider handles your information under its own privacy policy.
We do not sell your information.
Your choices and contact
You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by emailing NAILED.BY.JEWELSS@GMAIL.COM.
