Services

Nailed By Jewelss provides nail services by appointment and handmade press-on nail sets, based in Corona, CA. Service descriptions and pricing are shown on the Services and Shop pages and may change at any time.

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service.

Appointment booking

Appointments are booked through this website by selecting a service, an available date and time, and providing your contact details. Your time is reserved only once the deposit payment is completed.

Please make sure your phone number and email are correct so we can reach you about your appointment.

Deposits and payments

A deposit is required to secure your appointment and is collected at the time of booking. The deposit amount is shown before you pay.

The remaining balance is settled separately as described on your confirmation screen.

Card payments are processed by our payment processor; we do not store card details.

Cancellations and rescheduling

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment time.

To reschedule, contact the studio as early as possible so the time can be offered to another client.

Late arrivals

A 15-minute grace period is allowed for late arrivals. After 15 minutes, your appointment is canceled, and will need to be rescheduled.

No-shows

Clients who do not show up for a booked appointment may be blocked from booking future appointments.

Press-on orders

Press-on sets are made by hand and shipped within the timeframe listed on the Shop page. Shipping is within the U.S. only. All press-on orders are final.

Custom orders require the photos and sizing information requested at checkout; missing information may delay your order.

Your responsibilities

Provide accurate booking and contact information, disclose any allergies or nail conditions before your service, and follow the arrival instructions provided with your confirmation.

Please arrive on time and let us know as early as possible if plans change.

Website use

This website is provided for booking appointments and purchasing products. Do not misuse the site, attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours, or interfere with its operation.

All photos, designs and content on this site belong to the studio and may not be reused without permission.

SMS communications

If you check the SMS consent box when booking, you agree to receive text messages from Nailed By Jewelss about your appointments — confirmations, reminders, booking updates, cancellations and rescheduling. We do not send marketing or promotional texts.

Consent is not a condition of booking or purchasing any service. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies.

Opting out of SMS

Reply STOP to any text message to unsubscribe. Reply HELP to any text message for assistance.

You may also email NAILED.BY.JEWELSS@GMAIL.COM to be removed from text messaging.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the studio is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of this website, our services or our products. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. The version posted on this page at the time of your booking applies to that booking.
